Sales Policy

Choice Audio Guarantee:

Choice Audio guarantees that all products will not arrive DOA (dead on arrival).  In the unlikely event of a DOA piece please contact Choice Audio immediately.  A new piece will be replaced at the manufacturer's expense (subject to their terms).  A demo/used or clearance piece will be replaced, repaired or taken back (your choice).  All DOA claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Trade Ins:

At times we accept trade-in equipment towards the purchase of products.  All trade-ins must be received by Choice Audio within 1 week of you receiving your equipment.  If it is not received within the 1 week period we reserve the right to charge you for the difference in the purchase price.

Upgrade Policy:

Protect your investment with our Upgrade Policy.  New gear purchases carry a 100% trade up policy, good for one year, towards the retail purchase price of a new like component (amp-amp, cd player-cd player etc.) as long as the piece being traded in is still current and is in MINT condition.  Trade in policy refers to a real upgrade, new piece must be significantly more expensive and new product is at full retail price, no discounts apply for the trade in policy. Deductions will be taken for scratches, missing boxes, manuals etc.  Missing boxes, remotes, manuals, etc. are an automatic 50% reduction in trade value. (some restrictions apply)

New Items:

Due to the high value of the products that we sell all new items are considered “special order” items and are not returnable. In many cases these “special order” items are built on a per order basis and therefore deposits are taken at the time of the order. Once the deposit has been accepted the item on order is non-cancelable. All new items are covered by the manufacture warranty, not Choice Audio

New "In Shopping Cart Items" are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Money will be refunded once we have the item and it is in its unopened box and in perfect condition. There are many costs associated with sales transactions including shipping, credit card fees, refund fees and other costs. Please make sure you want the item before you purchase it. We are not able to give you a full refund.

Demo/Used and Clearance Items:

Any demo/used/clearance items are sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges.  However we offer generous upgrade and trade in programs.  Some used gear offers transferable warranties and others don’t, please inquire about the specific item you are purchasing.

Shipping Damage Claims:

Any and all claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.  Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
